Skyla, a police dog that is gone Open

[Dusk]

Skyla walked to the town square fountain. "I am still a bit of a police dog. My owners where the closest and they left, they would put me in the pound." Skyla reminded herself. She was happy and Kaell, but not many dogs talked to her. "I am not too big, I am I? No, I am not." Skyla mutter to herself. She laid down. She started to howl a little song to herself. "No one is useless as long as they belive. No one is useless if they try." She sang a few words and cheered up. She lapped up some water and then laid back down. "No one will come up to me, but at least I have a intimidnation advantage." She barked. Still laying down to relax.

Circa's grey ears perked up and she looked around with her beautiful green eyes. Her leathery black paws padded down on the cement as she walked on the curb of the Town Square. There were no cars in the streets but only a few and Circa had no shelter. She was well fed and no thirst reached her body. She had eaten from dumpsters and eaten prey off the streets so she was fine for now. Her eyes were slowly shutting but she whimpered and sat down for a while.

She thought she was just tired but then she got up and looked down the road. A dog was walking around and this was Circa's perfect chance to meet her. Circa first howled and put her ears down, just to let the dog know she didn't mean any harm. "Hello, I'm Circa! What is your name, stranger?" She grinned and put her ears back up into a friendly position.

Her fangs flowed out and her head coked to the side, waiting for the response of the stranger dog. The dog was indeed bigger then her but that did not mean she was swifter. She looked at the dog and found out that is was a female. Thank God! She sat herself down and licked her coat, much like a cat would do when it was dirty.

Skyla's ears pirked and she turn to look at Circa. "It's Skyla." Skyla barked. She lapped up water and didn't smile. She was a dog that was different from most. She had trusting issues and was a little aggressive.

She stood up on her long legs. Still making her intimidnating, But she stood up offten. She had long legs from her aunt and offten could run fast. Her eyes set on Circa.

Circa watched the big dog get up and boy was she about a good 4 inches bigger. Circa sighed and said "Thats a great name! You seem like your in a bad mood. Don't think about trying to sass me off." She said with her voice getting stern and her lifting one of her eyebrows. She sniffed around for a couple minutes before looking back up at the big dog and smirking, just to be a bit nicer.

Her grey fur was blowing in the wind and her ears were forward in alert and a bit of anger from the dogs bad attitude. Nice name though. Her tail wagged a bit but not that much and she started to be a little less curious.

"I was a police dog, I was abandoned in the worst way posible." Skyla barked. She started to walk away. She was alway snappy and was a grump. She laid in an ally instead where there was a puddle.

Circa frowned and trotted back up to Skyla. "I'm so sorry. Your probably better then that dirty human. You were the police not him or her. Sorry." She said trying to let out a smile. Circa was always stray and never loved the way she wanted to be loved. Never had a mate, pups, a best friend. Circa licked her nose and sat across from Skyla at the opposite wall.

"It's fine, but don't bring it up.." Skyla barked. She lapped up more water. Soon it quenched her thirst and now she was just hungry. Her ears pricked as she listened for prey.

A smirk took over Circa's face as she said Lets go hunting She looked around for prey but her keen sense of hearing and smelling took over as she trotted to a scent that smelt like meat. It was a sweat scent that also smelt like something was cooking and Circa was on it's trail. Circa's nose moved to every little scent but it moved onto a bigger scent. Her paws padded the cement as her nose barely touched the ground and her tail was pointed high in the air.

[Dusk]

Dusk nodded and could smell a weasel. Dusk ran towards where it was and tracked it. She soon got the scent and kept following it. To find the weasel. She then ran biting it in the process. She then returned, the weasel clutched in her jaws.

[Circa <3]

Circa raised her eyebrows and howled with joy. Your one of the best hunters i've ever seen in my life! That was an extraordinary job." She said going to hunt for herself now. She ran through cars and into alleys until she caught 2 mice. She brought them back and laid them in front of Skyla. She wiggled her eyebrows and smiled. She ate one mouse but the other one, she would save for another time she would be hungry. She had a feeling she would be in this territory for a while so she sat down and panted a little bit. She said I am really thirsty, can I have some of your water? She said with her eyes scanning around the streets for any other sign of food or animals.

[Dusk]

"Sure, I am only good from my training. I am minly a spy because of my trianing." Skyla explained. she started to take bites from he weasel.

[Circa <3]

Circa shrugged and smiled sweetly at the dog. Interesting! She said in a high pitched voice and then sat back down to eat her own meal. She licked her lips and lapped down the water that was lying down before eating the rest of her meal. She yawned and walked around the big dog, just to get a glimpse of her. A cool dog! What an interesting new friend.

[Dusk]

"Hmm, it's getting warmer." Skyla barked. She licked her paws. Her eyes looked soothed. The fountian rippled from the design.

[Circa <3]

Circa smiled and nodded in agreement. Well I should be on my way now! Nice meeting you Skyla! She said in a sweet tone as she got up and shook off her fur from the dirt on her beautiful coat. She cleared her throat and gave a wink to the dog and she shook out her tail and yawned. She was getting tired and the sun was slightly going down.

The streets were getting darker and the blue sky was getting lighter into an orange and red color from the sun setting but not exactly yet. The streets were quiet and the prey on the streets were few. Circa hasn't come across an empty street in a while and now she had found one. It was a nice quiet place though and she took it all in. The buildings were tall and still held signs in them that said sales or open and closed.

Circa's grey and black fur were getting lighter from the orange and red and her ears had followed no sound but the dog in front of her who was a Kaell pack member. Circa's tail swished from side to side as it normally did and her eyes were closing by the second that the day grew older.
