The beautiful white shadow slunk through the land of green, the grass was a forest of emerald blades wisping up into the air, catching her legs and grasping at her paws, begging her to stay with them. But the wolfess was content with leaving the beckoning emerald sea behind her, she sat under an oak. It was so vital and alive, the branches carrying chirping birds and the leaves whispering natures secrets into her erect ears. Her alabaster fur was shining in the afternoon sun, and she was panting from the heat. Although Ophelia most of her life, right now for some strange reason she took solace in it. It gave her time to collect her thoughts, which were bouncing around in her head at a million miles an hour. She absentmindedly kneaded the soft summer ground as she thought of how she was accepted into the Blood Lily Pack. Finally some place to call my home.

The sun was shinning down on the meadows and the grass was moving with a light breeze that would come down. Phoenix layed down in the grass and closed his eyes to listen to the birds chirp and the light wind against the leafs. He felt the warmth of the sun go across his orange and grey pelt. It was peacful and quiet. He heard quiet steps i little further ahead of him. He opened his eyes and lifted his head to look around and see who was there. Next to an Oak tree he saw a white wolf sitting under the branches. Maybe i should go over and start a conversation. he thought to him self but he decided to stay where he was.

Ophelia saw Phoenix basking lazily in the sun, and feeling a bit mischievous she got up and stalked through the ocean again and just when she was in view of the male she got up on her hind legs and pounced on his side, not in an aggressive way but in a playful way.

He closed his eyes to listen to the birds and the leafs again but was disrupted when he was pounced on by the side. His eyes opened with surprise. He rolled over and flipped his head around to see the female wolf he saw earlier. His ears perked playfully and he said "Hello there"

Ophelia perked her ears and plastered a genuine smiled on her face. "Oh hello, I didn't think I saw you there." She said playfully. Her eyes lit up at the prospect of actually finding someone who wasn't stuck up and stuffy. "What is your name?" She said with a tilt of her head.

He smiled and sat back on his haunches. It was nice to be able to talk to some one. She had asked him for his name and he replied "I'm Phoenix. What's your name?"

All of a sudden the white wolfess felt a wave of shyness cross over her. "I, uh, I'm Ophelia." She stuttered slightly. She was also happy to finally have someone to talk to. "What are you doing here by yourself?" She inquired, shaking her fur slightly before joining him in sitting.
