THE RULES

[ADMIN ACCOUNT]

new rules are shown in bold

GENERAL

- you must be 13 or over in order to register on this site. this is not only our rule, but on proboards tos as well.

- be respectful to others; if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.

- respect the admins and their decisions. we do try our best to make any and all decisions as fair as possible. if you have any complaints, pm an admin with a valid reason as to why you feel the way you do.

- don't spam. these are off topic and generally annoying messages. posting multiple messages in a row also counts as spam. the edit button's there for a reason. use it.

- keep cursing to a minimum.

- no advertising except in the appropriate boards. you may advertise in your signature, however.

- keep the drama to the roleplays! if you start a fight you will be warned. if you really need to argue with someone, take it to pm

- please don't let your avatars stretch the board

IN CHARACTER

- we do not have a posting/word count, however we do stress that you try and match whatever the member before you posted. it's only courteous. however absolutely no one-liners (we really can't stand them).

- no mary sues/gary stus. all characters have flaws and weaknesses.

- don't god-mod/power-play. also don't auto-kill. give the other member a chance to reply and defend themselves.

- occasional cursing is allowed ic, but don't overdo it.

- all threads must be kept PG-13. no graphic material is allowed.

- liquid time is allowed -meaning your character can be in more than one thread at a time.

BREEDING/BIRTHING

- no force breeding.

- how the pups look is up to you.

- how many pups are in the litter is up to you, BUT litters cannot excede five pups.

- keep it PG-13. no explict details.

- your couple has to be in at least two threads together not counting the birthing thread.

FIGHTING

- inform a member of staff if there is going to be a fight so they can make sure things are kept fair and under control.

- be realistic when fighting; your character can't dodge every single attack an will get hurt. injuries don't disappear right away and will affect your character in a fight as well as afterwards.

- fights can't go on forever, your characters can and will get tired. a member of staff will intervene if hey feel a fight has went on for too long.

- character password is 'focal faire' :P

- no auto-kills/auto-hits. this is either killing or 'hitting' a character without giving the other player a chance to reply and possibly defend themselves/dodge.

- if need be, the outcome of a fight will be judged by a non-participating member of staff.

CHATBOX

- general rules also apply.

- don't flood too much.

- don't fight.

- no direct advertising.

- avatars must no more than 45x45px.


i will say something if you break any of these rules, but after that i WILL give a warning appropriate to fit the breach. if you break the same rule multiple times, you will only tick me off and you will be banned; for how long depends on what rule you broke or how angry i got. :)
